Hi!

I've searched for it, but could not find an aswer... so here goes:

I have Liquid Mask from Vallejo. On the bottle it states:
"do not leave applied for long periods".

But what do they define as a long period?

I ask because I normally do not finish a whole regiment in a day due to time issues, so the mask could stay on for as long as a week.

How does this hurt the painting? or is a week within the timespan?

If anyone knows, would be awesome!
Thank you

I would venture a guess that 24hrs may be the extent of how long you'll want to leave it on.

I'm just guessing...but the shorter the time period, the better, definitely.

What you could do.....

Put it on some painted sprue and let it sit for a day, two days, a week...and see how it affects it.

I destroy my enemies when I make them my friends.

Three!! Three successful trades! Ah ah ah!
