I wasn't happy with the standard Deathwing colors so I decided on a new color scheme using the Disciple of Caliban colors. Decided to paint only the greenwing and Deathwing in these colors. The Ravenwing will still be the standard black. They are still works in progress with some touch ups, highlights, basing, and barrel drilling needed. They're going to be painted to table-top standard (which is my highest standard I can paint) so mold lines don't bother me too much, though I know it does many others. Some of these are also my first models so I didn't do a very good job cleaning them up.

Looking pretty solid! What you thinking for the bases? Something to add a contrast like a light tiled or mosaic floor would look good as the models are quite dark.

A clean paintjob, and that is already 50% of what a good paint job should have/be!

Tabletop standard is usually defined by 3 colours (base, shade, highlight - or alternatively: base: hl1, hl2), and I am sure you would be more than able to go for that.

Right now it looks like base colour+highlights on the edges, which is somehow at odds with the cleanliness of the job.
They look very much unfinished (and not "just missing some final touches").

Again, if I thought you were not able to do more then I would just have said "nice job" and move on. But you have a good brush control, so you could go to the next level easily.

Of course, if you don't care and you have no ambition to go beyond the current level, that's fine, as well. Just saying!

Those look fantastic! I would drill your gun barrels out, and add a little shading to the sgt. Tabard...

Sorry for the delayed response, but this is what I'm doing for at least the terminators.

I'm not sure what you mean, could you explain more please? Outside of drilling barrels and basing, they are finished and I'm pleased with them. I am always open to suggestions on how they could be improved though. I do have 43 more to paint.

The barrels will get done, eventually. It's more of a priority to get them painted first. The lighting on the photos washed out the tabard, there is shading and highlights on them, they just aren't very drastic unfortunately.
