Can anyone help with putting a plasma gun on a space marine?

I can seem to get it to fit due to the stock at the end, am I missing something?

No, you arnt missing anything. There's often these kinds of problems with assembly. The kits can be kind of like solving a puzzle sometimes.
In this case the solution is to cut it off. When I went to do my first plasma gun I knew that thing would be a pain the moment I looked at. Straight to the hobby knife lol.

I dont think a 7 foot tall marine needs a P pad anyways.
