There's one in the Empire wizard kit, but it has a human hand holding it. http://www.bitzbox.co.uk/product_info.php/empire-wizard-flaming-skull-p-2399 Other than that not sure

Greenstuff, a 1mm drill bit, paperclip or wire, and small skulls from the nobz kit. They're a groin-plate that hangs down, but they're all tied up and would look pretty good. That's what I'm doing, at least.

I know the exact peice you were talking out and was thinking out using that as well. seems that the skulls were a bit close though and im not the greatest with greenstuff, how hard do you think it would be to make flames?

There are tutorials, so I'd follow those and work with what I have. This one seems pretty easy to follow, and simple. It'll really rely on how you paint them. http://forums.relicnews.com/showthread.php?206598-Flame-!-Green-Stuff-sculpting-tutorial-bog
