So, I was looking at the GW paints trying to deside on a color for my vanilla marines and I was thinking of using Daemonette Hide since I like purple and it seems like a nice pale almost grayish purple color, But I dont yet know how it looks on marines (Havent seen the color in real life yet..) and I dont know of any color that would look good with it (I'm very bad at colors..) So I have two questions, Have anyone used Daemonette Hide on marines and if so does it look good? And, What is a good color to go with Daemonette Hide?

I tried using the Bolter and Chainsword marine painter, But Hormagaunt Purple (Thats suposed to be the old name for Daemonette Hide) Looks realy realy REALY dark in that, While on the photos on the GW homepage, Daemonette Hide is a very light and pale color...
