So, this morning i decided to add a few more little details like chains and the like, im fairly happy but i still feel it is missing something. Can anyone else think what else it needs? Im stumped :/

Just my own 2c but i think you outta swap the barrels on the gun above the ork and on his choppy arm. The barrel is sooo huge on his arm right now that weapon would be impossible to use lol. One on top doesnt look nearly as big, which would be better suited for an arm weapon anyway.

Looks very orky indeed. Hopefully with the new dex we have an MC with rules that would make sense for this thing. Thats why ive never looted things like this because i dont like building awesome models i can never play . ive wanted to loot my riptide since i ally him into my orks, but i also field him as straight tau a lot so it would look weird lol

Looks great, what do you run it as?

I would remove the two small bosspoles and rig up a proppa big bosspole for it. I would also shave off the two swords on the harness next to the Ork and put some Orky stuff on there instead.

I run it as a mega dread as I find the size lends itself to that more than a deff dread

After reading some of your comments on the chainaxe 'thing' i decided it would be better if i lost the hand completely, so i replaced said hand with some exposed wires

I also added some extra wire and a 'fuel' barrel on the back:
