I have 25 points left to spend and I am unsure of what I want for my weapons on the stormravens.
Any advise would be appreciated.

So you plan to have three (four if counting the razorback) units on the field and hope that the stormravens come on?

To be honest I haven't played at all with 6th edition. I started to assemble grey knights after giving my Tau to my younger brother over a year ago due to him being 15 years younger and without work. I mainly wanted to build an army that would be fun to paint, but my intentions were to hope to go first fly in and have fun. I haven't played in over a year with having to work on a new house, thus I just broke out and started to paint my army again. Hoping to come up with something fun. Thus I wanted help, with being rusty on my game knowledge and not knowing much about the most recent changes.

I think you have two main weaknesses in your list :
- You have very few units, that is often the case with GK but playing termi AND 2 storm means you really have a very low body count.
- It goes with it but you have limited scoring units as well... only 16hp of scoring units is really low.

The main force of your army will be that you deal with flyers easily and are quite mobile, however flyers can now go down quite easily for some of the new armies and if your Storm are killed, well.... you loose 30% of your army for each storm dying....

Ok well what I currently have and am working with is 21 Terminators (1 converted into a librarian, 1 with a banned, 5 with psycannons, 1 converted into an apothecary, then the rest are with swords, halberds and a few hammers). I have a Draigo model, and then 2 dreads with dual twin linked autocannons. While I am finishing painting these I am figuring out where to go next. Personally I would like a stormraven because they are cool to paint imo. If I remove 1 stormraven and 1 squad of termies I would have 445 points to work with. If we also removed the SS and razorback that increases my allowance to 625. Then we get SS of 10 men with 2 psycannons in a rhino (260 a squad) x2, leaves me with 105 points. If i remove something I can get five more points and throw in a 5 man SS with a psycannon. Thoughts?

As someone who loves playing GK termies and pallies, I can tell you your list is not bad at all. However, a few tweaks could make it better.

1. I'd recommend paying for one 10 man Termie squad and giving them psybolt ammo, then just Combat Squad them if you want to run separate squads.
A. That being said, I like keeping my terminators in squads of 10. They seem to be far more effective at wiping out what they kill, and have a psychological effect on opponents.
2. Give the Librarian one of the other GK shooting psychic powers like Vortex of Doom or Smite. You have two warp charges to use in your phase, may as well get some use out of both. And at 5 points, they are a steal.
3. I'd also keep the Stormraven in the list. Those things are uber hard to kill, and being able to drive right up into Melta range the turn you come on and melt something is fantastic.
4. I'd recommend you NOT use the raven to transport your termies. One bad reserve roll means both units dont come in, and you need one or the other. Also, on the off chance that a lucky shot takes it out of the sky, the guys inside are gonna take some massive casualties. Just Deep Strike the Librarian where you want him and his squad. Servo-skulls help with this.

I think if you have lots of Termis and like them, you can play a real Draigowing (Draigo + 10 paladins, a couple of solodins, a couple of dreads or DKs)

You can look in the batrep, there are some great batreps of Draigowing (with allied Necrons)

Paladins is 15pts more then a 40pt termi but they have 2wounds AND can take an apothecary, with Draigo tanking, that is quite scary....
