I never use reserves with my Nids but for a laugh I thought I would try it out tomorrow in store when I play.
The list is below. Should be good fun, Mycetic Spore's never mishap which helps so I can pretty much drop my entire army (except for the Outflanking Warriors with Prime and the Ripper Swarms) exactly in the middle of the enemy army.
I have thrown a Venomthrope in the mix as well to provide a 5+ cover save to everything that comes out the spores which should keep some of the softer units alive.
Everything that arrives from Reserves has guns so there will be no worrying about being dead before I get to shoot.
Vehicles could be a problem but with the Genestealers rending them and the Hive Tyrant smash attacking or if he gets Iron Arm just straight up smacking them should kill them off.
I am thinking of dropping the Mawloc for something else which would give me 170 pts to play with but his S6 AP2 TFTD attack is worth it, especially if there are terminators on the field...
And yes those are Rippers with Spinefists. 28x Twin Linked S3 AP5 shots is nothing to scoff at!
Anyone think of any improvements?
