So I've bought 2 Kommander Sorscha variants thus far, and, for some reason, her signature weapon has very week joints.

I really don't get why do they make it pewter, but I'm sure there are justifiable business reasons; but boy are their pewter weak! Say what you what about GW, at least their pewter product (which as I have gathered has been discontinued, but I can't still find em on the selves at my local hobby store anyways) don't bend this easily. And yes you can say those are very thin metal, and thus breaks easily -- and that's exactly why they shouldn't use pewter for the frostfang, plastic is much more elastic than soft metal, and thus can survive frequent handling far more easily.

Now that I'm done ranting, I have to ask: is there any cheap way to replace her Frostfang? Or perhaps someone here's got some suggestions as of how to strengthen the weapon? And don't tell me to handle that more carefully, I can't be asked to be any more careful than I already am!

Take the head and the end of base Chop the rest drill hand and replace with a thin brass rod. you can set the rod into the head, and just glue the end on. Its what I did with one.
