Ulrik is probably the worst unit in the codex, and for the cost you could get 2 wolf priests, or another unit of grey hunters. A wolf priest a la carte would serve you better, with points to spare. For the second wolf power, take murderous hurricane.

Just take combi meltas on the wolf guard over melta bombs. Krak grenades are decent enough to take out armor in assault, and if you need to shoot a land raider 4 melta shots should do it. Honestly, you would be better with more hunters.

Give your 10 man hunter squads a second melta gun, its free and it is what they are built to do anyways...

Beware of having a pod list with only 2 squads of fangs on the board. If you go second you could easily end up tabled.
