Hey all I had no Idea where to stick this so i would just stick it here and get some feed back building a list for a campaign and i have a few rules to follow. and i was wonder what i should run/use...

First off the rules:
1. Each player will pick a codex and stick with it the entire campaign allies are allowed.
2. This is a narrative so fluffy lists are highly recommended
3. Games will be held every two weeks either at visions in Montgomery or at moxies in Columbus or at some ones house depending on point level.
4. Points will be set for each mission at the start of the campaign. Each Player has 5,000 Points to begin the campaign. and will build lists accordingly.
5. Players will choose their warlord trait at the beginning of the campaign and it will remain the same throughout.
6. Players will roll for their psychic powers and will keep them throughout the campaign
7. The story will be linear for good or ill this will decide the fate of the sector
8. No flyers for this campaign
9. Fluff matter and at least one paragraph of fluff is needed per participating army
10. Players will attempt to write fluff after action reports.
11. Allies are allowed but can not exceed your primary detatchment
12. No Forge World.

So thats what i have and i was wondering if any one could point me into a good direction of what to play like the top post says I have 5,000 points to play with to start this off
And Depending on what i play depends on what every one else plays i know that thier will be one chaos marine player (1k Sons with tzeentch deamons allies), an eldar player and a necron player and the last player is a bit of a wild card cuase he has multiple armies too. So any adive would be grateful.

Please note im not advised to getting new models but i just recently started work so funds are quite limited at the time. So any thoughts suggestions ideas would be grand.
