Hiya,

I've made a cool kitbashed hero for my Skaven army during the weekend.

I wanted to create a fat, bloating lord for my army that captures the spirit of the artwork of the books. In my opinion the available Skaven models/heros are incredibly lame and don't look like the artwork of the codex at all.
For example compare the Troth the Unclean art and model. Is there ANY resemblance? Lol

This kitbash was done from a lot of different parts, some quite unusual pieces from old fantasy starter kits, and weird things such as the body of an ork boar to create the body for the rat. I green stuffed fur on the ork arms, back, and belly to create the seamless effect.

Bits used:

Warlord body: an ork boar, head and legs removed
Head: Rat ogre
Right leg and loin cloth: Rat ogre
Left leg: Rat ogre arm
Arms: old fantasy Ork arms. Sculpted fur on them
Tail: Rat ogre tail
Sword: IoB warlord staff blade
Throne: ork chariot parts, wheel, wooden panels, etc, doomwheel bits and very old fantasy warhammer box bits including a bucket with an empire soldier head.

The paintjob is still a work in progress. Ill take some better pictures with better lighting when im done.

Hope you like it!

Chris
