I don't play tau but I know some about them. Never short yourself on markerlights-they are a great way to buff your army when everything has a BS 3. Also, since you are using crisis suits as your troop choices you are using the supplement book and so you have all the other rules that follow it.
gain access to a unique Bodyguard Team if he has Farsight in his army as his Warlord.
gain Preferred Enemy Orks.
have to give anyone who will have it the Bonding Knife Ritual.
can ally normal Tau Empire as Battle Brothers.
Aun'Va and Shadowsun cannot be present in his army.
lose access to the Tau Empire Signature Systems unless he allies Tau or takes some of his Special Bodyguard Team(Horribly inefficient).
must have one squad of three suits for a legal army.

Also when you connect your drones to a person with drone controller, if that person dies, so do all of the drones connected to that model- be weary and feel free to spread out drones or get devilfish which are inexpensive for those troops

These aren't bad lists. A few thoughts though:

Commanders: If you're going to give a commander the MSSS, CCN, and PEN, its best to give him only one weapon. This is because you're investing a bunch of points into a strategy that revolves around him not shooting (CCN+MSSS), so points spent on weapons are going to be wasted in turns when you're doing what you intended him to do. If you do end up shooting, then the points you put into the support gear are wasted. So, its better to just pick a strategy and go with it.

Ethereals: they're good. You might want to think about taking one.

Fire Warriors: they're fine, but consider kroot. They're cheaper, can take sniper weapons, and can outflank. Not too shabby.

Farseer: should be on a jetbike. Not a lot of other gear necessary, but those add-ons are nice.

also, your broadside probably wont have much use for a lone set of TLPRs, I'd switch to SMS

Most of these lists are woefully short on troops. 2 units of 10/9 firewarriors will not survive at 1500/1750 points against a moderately competent opponent. Obviously you have tons of firepower and for the most part the rest of the lists are fine. The 261 point commander is overboard. Pick a strategy and streamline his gear to that strategy so you can get some more troops. The hammerhead in the 1k point list is a little heavy on gear, don't really need sensor spines imo. In the 1.5k list I would try to diversify your marker lights a bit. With only 1 unit you only get to mark 1 unit. Then if you wipe out the lit unit, nobody else gets marker lights.

hmm, I fit two weapons on the commander to just have the "emergency case" in mind, like for example, something just DS in front of the broadsides so I`m forced to throw my commander out to engage, perhaps that`s bit too overcautious?

as for the lone TLPR on the lone missileside, I fit two target locks on the other two railsides so they can shoot separate target, while the missileside can shoot his missiles alone with drones. on the close target.

thx, guess i`ll have to cut the commander`s equipment a bit. Also.. if I`m not mistaken, firewarriors lack mobility a lot in term of scoring, with devilfishs expensive as hell, is there any other means for tau to deal with scoring missions?

Considering the benefit you gain for the points you pay, I'd say yes.
