Here is my first take on a list. Bare in mind that I only play amongst my friends and very rarely do I play in tournaments.

The Chapter master goes with the centurions and the Emperors champion goes with the crusade squad in the land raider. The reason I have the 3 small squads is to sit on objectives in my deployment zone and to provide some antitank firepower if needed. We have few flyers in our group so I figured one missile launcher with flakk missiles would be enough AA.

I don't like the Hunter Killer missile on your crusader. I'd go with a multi-melta instead. I'm also not a fan of initiate power fists, since they only have one attack. I'd swap the Sword Brethren's power maul with the power fist. The Sword Brethren will be safe from challenges thanks to the Emperor's Champion, so you'll get more out of that 25 point power fist that way.

The predator with only a lascannon turret is pretty much a waste. I'd drop it and use the points to flesh out your LRC crusader squad and/or add some special weapons to your 5 man crusader squads.

Finally, you might want to consider dropping the burning blade and taking the Shield Eternal instead. You're not going to be assaulting with those centurions, so your chapter master is basically a babysitter. He'd be better at babysitting against shooting weapons with the shield, and if you can fit in a thunder hammer he'll still be quite capable in melee.

All-in-all, I don't think it's the most competitive list out there, but with some tweaks you should do fine against your friends.
