Here are a couple of quick conversions I did for my guard.

A Plasma gun for my infantry and an IG version of a 203 (U.S. M16 with grenade launcher).

First : Cut barrel away from main body of weapon. SAVE the barrel. It will be used for the "203"

Second : Attach old metal tank sponson plasma gun to body of weapon.

Using the las-gun arm with NO hand on the weapon body. Attach the SAVED barrel from the grenade launcher to the underside of the las-gun.

I rather like that 203. Though it looks a little big to me, it should look great on the table top. May have to consider it for my IG with grenade launchers.
