I would trade that leman russ for another vendetta and a officer of the fleet. maybe one vendetta with sum melta to take care of those armor 14 vehicles.

Its always a tough list and you will do well if played correctly, but against chaos Helldrakes or a nasty eldar/tau combination you will still have a hard time. Don't get me started on wave serpents..hate the buggers...

This list looks very strong but I think with all that plasma you might find yourself hurting when you roll "1"s to hit. I think it might help for a few squads you drop the plasma in favor of a lascannon or some melta. The guys located in the vendettas could really benefit from having meltas since they can get really up close and personal to tanks. While the guys in the cimeras can take some lascannons to sit back and bring the hurt on enemy tanks from far away.
