No Forgeworld units allowed.
Fortifications allowed: Aegis Defence Line, Bastion, Fortress of Redemption, Skyshield Landing Pad, Firestorm Redoubt, Vengeance Weapon Battery. If you are bringing a large fortification please be aware that the pre-placed terrain can only be repositioned by the TO and optimal positioning of the fortification may not be possible (not all terrain pieces may be allowed to be moved).
No painting requirement, painting does not affect tournament position, but there will be a ‘Best Painted’ award and prize.
Absolute WYSIWYG is not required, but differentiation between models with different equipment is required, and if you have an outlandish ‘counts as’ army, contact the organizer in advance. Proxying of very dissimilar models is not permitted (meaning: no using orks as proxies for space marines and so on).
Missions will be taken from the NOVAOpen 2013 primer, using missions 1,2 and 4. NOVAOpen primer can be found at:

We have 14 confirmed players already for the 20 slots. We are probably going to add 2 more tables to allow up to 24 participants.

A buddy and I are definitely planning to attend! We're from NE Tennessee. So... I guess we need to reserve spots.
