Just a few tweeks from my other lists. My last list had a few things on paper that looked good, Ingame however were..ehh... So i wanted to try a different route, here goes..

I like the look of this list. Playing a few games I see how the list works better, and think 32 bikes+sammy is alot to deal with. I also have a lingering thought that land speeders zipping around would help as well, or to throw some plasma gun in the R.W squads. C & C welcome!

Land Speeder Vengeance is a no go.

Where are your Black Knights?

Tac squad is a waste, get another squad of bikes instead (you can always turboboost 24" in the last turn to get your objective if you reallllly need to, with Ravenwing you should go for the wipe)

Darkshroud is a must.

^^ this guy, he knows stuff. I agree with every word except the Darkshroud because it depends on the meta. where I play cover saves are never had because of tau and eldar serpent spam. If they are not in your local meta then listen 100% to this guy because 3+ cover saves on BK for moving an inch is epic, if every second guy and his dog has either eldar serpent spam or tau (particularly tau) than dont take it, take more bikes, you can get three more bikes for the same points.

but also its not specifically stated or might not be true, but is that command squad a 5 man? if not it needs to be other wise that lovely banner wont make it past turn 1.

I take full squads. 6 bike. Att bike. And a tornado. I only take plasma on my bike squads and att bikes are multi meltas. Thats the way I've run my ravenwing since the previous codex was new. Its always been good.

After playing my game last night and taking Some of the thoughts given, I scratched this list up and came out ontop with a Turn 4 table. I lost my command squad and Sammael along with 5 other R.W bikes but that was it. So here goes

Always take a darkshroud. 80 points for a 2+cover save and stealth... I agree you need black knights in ever RW list, not taking them is a crime!

I dont think The darkshroud is needed,It's to fragile to be a support unit in my eyes. I have Black Knights, the command squad is the same thing just cheaper. I could drop the fighter and the two speeders and bring in Black knights..BUT at this point in time, I am playing with models I have.
