My friends and I have recently started a Planetary Empires campaign that will be going on for the next few months and I need help developing a list/ multiple lists to deal with...

-Tau and possible SM allies
-Chaos undivided ( he has models from all gods)
-DE with Eldar allies
-an "Alpha Legion" player (he uses IG and CSM)
