Since I've had good luck with Aspect-heavy lists, I thought I'd try out one that didn't use any Aspect Warriors at all. I've called this my Peasant List, and once I get my hands on a few Vypers I plan on giving it a go. Let me know what you all think:

HQ
1- Eldrad
1- Farseer: MotLG, Jetbike, Singing Spear, Spirit stone of Anath'Lan
TROOPS
10- Guardians w/ Starcannon in a Wave Serpent with Scatter Laser, Shuriken Cannon, and Holofields
10- Guardians w/ Starcannon in a Wave Serpent with Scatter Laser, Shuriken Cannon, and Holofields
3- Jetbikes w/ Shuriken Cannon
3- Jetbikes w/ shuriken Cannon
9- Rangers
FAST ATTACK
3- Vypers: dual Shuriken Cannons on all
HEAVY SUPPORT
1- Falcon: Bright Lance
3- Vaul's Wrath Shadow Weavers
3- War Walkers: dual Bright Lances on all
FORTIFICATION
1- ADL w/ Quad Gun

The idea is to keep Eldrad behind the ADL with the Rangers, buffing the War Walkers, Artillery, and maybe the Rangers themselves. The Laughingseer runs around wreaking general havoc, hopefully debuffing something my back line wants to shoot. The Vypers are also there for anti-infantry and general harassment. Wave Serpents shoot and move, keeping those squishy guardians alive until they need to sit on an objective.

The Twilight Zone

I find more often than not the spirit stone of Anath;Lan is useless. There are only 4 powers you would ever want to use that cost 2 warp charge, and 2 of those are in telepathy. If you manage to pop fortune, hallucination or invisibility then your talking, but otherwise meh. The other one is eldritch storm, which is not bad, but keeping it depends on your opponents list.

If you have the arty, put eldrad here. His Ld10 is invaluable for when you have to take a morale check, and the T7 of the guns makes him a tough nut to crack. Make sure you can have 2 targets to twin link, as you are very likely to end up with guide and prescience(but hope for the best!). The rangers might be a tad big, but thats not really a bad thing.

Find points to get your falcon a holo field(like dropping the spirit stone). You can use your falcon to ferry rangers late game if need be, after they lose a couple of bodies.

The most important rule of 40K-Page XVII of the 6th edition rulebook, the figure at the top right of the page. "Shake hands with your opponent and thank them for a good battle and fun experience." Then go out for a beer.

Good call with Eldrad, I may stick him with the big guns. The only hiccup I could see is if I want to fire the Artillery at a different target from the Quad I'd have to move him out of the unit. Should still work out well, though. I believe I factored in points for Holofields on the Falcon, but just forgot to mention it in the post, so again...great idea!
