The list feels very slow and lacks the range to be and effective gunline.

Are any of the Dreads, Sternguard, or Tacticals in Pods?

If not I'd drop the Sternguard down a bit to fit in four or five pods to drop those Dreads T1. Maybe change their loadout a bit.

Those close-range Dreads are begging for Drop Pods. Please don't deny them!
