I decided to try Draigowing on foot after some advice on here. It's not exactly what I want, but it does have advantages over a Ghostwing using Mordrak. Here is the list:
HQ
Lord Kaldor Draigo
Inquisitor Coteaz
Troops
10 x Paladins apothecary, 4 x psycannons, nemesis warding stave, 4 x nemesis daemon hammers, 3 x nemesis halberds & brotherhood banner
Paladin nemesis daemon hammer
Paladin nemesis daemon hammer
Paladin nemesis daemon hammer
5 x Terminators psycannon, 2 x nemesis halberds & 2 x nemesis daemon hammers
6 x Warrior Acolytes
Heavy Support
Nemesis Dreadknight heavy incinerator & personal teleporter
Nemesis Dreadknight heavy incinerator & personal teleporter
Total: 1,999
Originally I had four Razorbacks with min Acolytes in. They did ok against Daemons in test games (Grey Knights would though) and added much needed fire power, but they are easily taken out and the min weaklings inside destroyed. I tried using three Razorbacks and two Solodins against Necrons. Solodins did better and give me options for linebreaker and putting additional pressure on the opponent from another angle of attack. The Razorbacks and Acolytes still got punked.
In this list Coteaz will switch powers for divination, will take prescience and see what else I get. I want anything but a 5-6 basically. I don't fancy a 1 either as not many are going to assault the Pallystar.
Draigo makes the Paladins scoring. He will tank wounds in if positioned right. Bit expensive, but with grand strategy can make all my units scoring.
Terminators I added as originally I wanted this list to be 2+ save heavy. I did consider adding another Dreadknight, though I do not think the third one will help much. Plus extra bodies will help. I will probably deep strike these and use the psycannon and storm bolters to get rear armour shots and generally make a pain of themselves. I doubt I'll walk them up the field as they will get shot to pieces.
Acolytes I beefed up as have spare points, but also three do not last long. They are a cheap scoring unit for only 24 points so I cannot complain.
Solodins deep strike and try to score me linebreaker. Dragio will use psychic comms to call them in. I debated for sometime what would be better for them melee wise, in the end I opted for the hammer as it can deal with vehicles and camping units don't tend to have much in close combat ways what can deal with a Solodin.
Dreadknights will move up using the teleporters and generally annoy units. They will either jump up normally if going second or use the super move to move 30" and then burn some infantry first turn.
I'll try and attack a single flank with this army, not sure if going first or second would be good; I want to get into the fight quicker, but want to pull my reserves down later so they do not get shot at too much. As a heavy close combat army they should really go first I guess.
I think this army will do ok against hordes (holocaust), elite armies such as Space Marines and Tyranids. I think it will get boned by Dark Eldar

maybe Eldar and maybe Tau, though I am not sure on Tau.
