Well, for starters you'll want an HQ unit like a Tyrant or Tervigon. You could use one of those warriors as a Prime instead.
Then you'll want to get a LOT more termagants and to double your hormagaunt count, if you're wanting to use those.
After that you might want to look at gargoyles, hive guard, maybe another tervigon, zoanthropes, trygon/mawloc.
All depends on how you want to style the army at that point.

Currently it's not a great army, with warriors, genestealers, hormagaunts and the carnifex all coming into the 'okay but not great' category. I.e. they are all usable to a certain extent, but there are far better units in the tyranid codex.

I must also warn you that rumours suggest there will be a new tyranid codex coming out in November, so I would advise you not to buy much more until then. Certainly more termagants is always useful, enough to get a couple of small-medum sized broods will never go amiss, likewise bringing the hormagaunt numbers up a bit to make a decent sized brood.

Currently Tervigons are probably the standout unit in the codex, and while that may change, it's unlikely that they will become rubbish (though possible).

Hive tyrants in all their forms are also excellent, as are hive guard and zoanthropes.

The problem with the current codex is that is has a few great units, a bunch of middling ones, and then a whole load of poor to bad ones. Hopefully the new codex will solve these imbalances.

I'd go in for a Hive Tyrant at the bare minimum since it has always been good in just about every iteration of the codex. Tervigons will get nerfed, but hopefully will still be usable. That being said, unless you are just itching to play asap I'd hold off buying any as they are pricey.

With the units you have, beef up the Termies and Hormies, get a Broodlord for the Stealers, or make them Ymgarl Stealers. Slap a couple Devourers on the Carnifex and it'll be usable. Warriors are ok, either add dual boneswords to them or bonesword/lash whip and make them a CC unit. You can get a 3rd edition Hive Tyrant for cheap and make it a Prime to go with the Warriors.

Beyond that it depends on playstyle. Personally I like in your face all out attacking, so I run Tervigons (required), dual flying Hive Tyrants, Ymgarls, Trygons, Gargoyles, and Shrikes. I have Hive Guard, Zoanthropes, and the other shooty units but don't really like the way they play. But they are all good units.
