I am considering putting together a white scars army and am interested in paying for a commission to have it painted. I am looking for quotes. Interested in tabletop quality - does not have to be to an extremely high quality. I am OK assembling the models and even priming them if that helps the cost. Approximately 30 bikes and 1 Chapter Master.
