Just a simple question, but one I don't know the answer to:

Can she revive units that have been completely destroyed. The first sentence states she must return them inside her control area. Then the 2nd says she must must return them to units inside the command area. I guess it's just the fact that they separated the sentences. If the unit doesn't exist can it simply follow statement 1?
