Wayland Games doesn't seem to have the ink set - just the AP starter set and mega bundle. The Warstore is a good option in the US (generally, and they stock the AP ink set), but overseas shipping might kill any savings you'd be likely to see. Have you checked Ebay, yet? Might find an electronic front for a UK hobby store that has a decent price+shipping.
