Veteran Sergeants with Power Weapons/Fists? Seems like your boys may not hold up too well if they get assaulted by a stout unit.

Maybe spend the Extra 25 points and get Khan for your HQ? Gives you the scout/outflank ability so you can pop up a unit or two in the enemies rear area,

I'd like to hear how these Centurions work with White Scars, Kicking around the idea myself.

Seem fairly solid.

As good as cents can be i just don't see how they fit in a fast army like this. those points could be spent on a nasty command squad as well as upgrading to khan.

Command squad could be:

5 guys, bikes, 4 Grav gun, apothercary, power weapon= 225

that plus khan makes very good use of the points imho.

Tripple Drakes CSM, Eldar Serpent spam and Necron Fliers will have a field day I think.

But against most other things your list is solid as a rock.

Illegal army based on the rules. You only get 1 bike squad as troops per captain/chapter master/Khan.

Errr.....no. captains or CM's on bikes unlock squads of 5 or more bikes as troops. Not 1 per captain/CM.

I think this list might actually hold up against serpent spam. The amount of grav this list puts out and its ability to take out a serpent with two 6s could well work.

I guess I need to reread that rule.
