I have played a few games against my friend who plays space wolves. He is also the only person I have ever played against except for a 4 player FFA. He uses 3 group of long fangs as well as podding in a rune priest to greatly reduce my chances at using psychic powers. If you have more questions about what he does, feel free to ask... either way, here is my list...

HQ - 565

Dakka Flyrant with Regen and OA

Dakka Flyrant

Elites - 150

3 Hive Guard

Troops - 785

30 Devilgants

30 Devilgants

Tervigon with Cataclysm and Toxin Sacs (Debating wether to take 3 power and go biomancy, but lately my rolls have been crap, so was hoping to guarantee FNP)

Please let me know what you think!

P.S. I have played him about 5-6 times and only killed about 1/4 of his army at best. Also, by rolling like crap, I mean that out of my first 16 rolls our last game, came up 10 times...

Wherever they tell me

Oh boy this is going to be a hard fight. Space Wolves (especially the kind you mentioned) are a rough fight.

You're going to have to pull out all the stops to beat a list like that:
dakka Flyrant - 260
dakka Flyrant - 260

3x Hive Guard - 150
Doom in a Spod - 130
5x Ymgarl Genestealers - 115

10x Termagants - 50
10x Termagants - 50
Tervigon with 3 psychic powers - 190
Tervigon with 3 psychic powers - 190

With 105 points left, you've got a lot of leeway. I'd recommend more termagants seeing as how you're going to lose your Tervigons if the Space Wolves player is any good.

If you don't want to run this list, here are some tips:
-Don't run blocks of 30 devilgants. Run 20 in a pod. They're more cost effective and you'll get just as much output.
-Take regeneration and Old Adversary off your Flyrant. Old Adversary is good if you're walking him, but otherwise isn't worth the 25 points.
-Tervigons work best in pairs, but with Jaws you're going to have a rough time. Make sure he can't land his priest in a place that can draw a line to both Tervigons (or at least if he can that it's in SITW range.)

It's a rough fight, but is closer than it used to be thanks to Flyrants. Good luck

You know what is really fun? 3x squads of 20x Devilgaunts in a Spod. Give a Flyrant the +1 to reserves or take an ADL with Comm relay and laugh as you unleash 180 shots with impunity.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.
Orks always ride in single file to hide their strength and numbers.

This! It will also free up 95 points for something else.

This is one of the toughest battles for Nids.

Let us know how you get on.

Alright, my list has changed some... Although I do like the Ymgarls, I don't have too good of luck with them... namely him picking to camp the area terains when I have them, sometimes leading to a full wipe of the unit.

HQ - 520

Dakka Flyrant

Dakka Flyrant

Elites - 280

Hive Guard x3

Doom in SPOD

Troops - 700

20x Devilgants in SPOD

12x Regular Gants

Tervigon 3 Powers and TS

Tervigon 3 Powers and TS

Please, let me know if you think this can work...

Also, I forgot to mention he likes to take IG Allies mainly being a CCS and a PCS with a unit of 20 Basic Guards surrounding a Rune Priest.
