Since there is no current BA Codex with all the new kits and I really don't want to start over with a generic SM Army so I can use all the new shiny stuff I've decided to start on a Cadian Army. However, I do have a SteeL Legion Army that I am quite happy with, and adding the new tanks and finishing my Warhound Titan to add to that army would be ok. However I am stuck on the fact that my Infantry are all the same, 60 models all the same. I do love the Cadian plastics which I can at least pose them unlike the Steel Legion, so I'm going for it.
I have four Baneblade kits, one is the new Apocalypse kit with the Stormlord, so I'm basing my army around that one amazing troop tank. I also have 1 Warhound Titan that is also unfinished so I'm off to a great start. I picked up the Apocalypse’s Baneblade kit today, along with the Apocalypes book, it you don't have this book already, trust me, after just skimming through the book it's more than worth it! Of course I needed it for the Stormlord stats.

So the next will be a HQ choice, and the troops. I'm going for at least 20 troops for the Stormlord since it carries up to 40, 20 of which can shoot from the tank. I have some lesser tanks and armor killers to cover my larger beasts. I'm planning on more mobile Infantry mounted in Chimeras also.

I'm thinking the large tanks will be my mobile fire bases, the Infantry swarming around to the trouble spots and taking objectives possibly using Valkries to get there quick while the super heavies and the rest swarm in to assist.

I'm really stoked at the Imperial Guard, really I've not used IG much at all. Love the tanks!!

Any IG players using heavies and Titans, I'd love to hear about your army lists and tactics!

I don't really have a point limit for the Cadians, still tinkering. Yet I am running like 2500pts now on my wish list.

I have the makings of a platoon, HQ, Platoon HQ plus two squads collected so far. Have an elites that will go into a Valkerie, have the tanks already along with a basilisk, some snipers that I may put into play. Really looking at a mobile strike force. Oh and the fortifications mainly to have the anti-air capabilities.
