Not really feeling your Centy loadout, doesn't really synergise imo. The Grav Cannon is only 24" range. I would save 30 pts and just keep the Hurricane Bolters.. reason? same range. Use them for forcing extra wounds on heavy infantry. Another option, considering you've taken the Omni, is to give the Sgt only TLLC and ML, leaving the Grav Cannons and Hurricane Bolters on the other two. Then you've got a mobile heavy infantry gibbing unit that can also threaten tanks and transports separately for the same points. Wanna be a real cheesy bastard? Use the Sgt to pop a LR first, once the eggs are out of the basket, bake them with the Grav Cannons in the same turn.

Wondering Why the Emperor Left
|
Your list is pretty troop heavy, you need some AA and faster tanking units
If you can spare the points. Put the cents in a stormraven delivery system to the opponents face. It is a lot of pressure on your opponent when 3 cents are stomping about in their deployment zone dealing out damage. Not to mention the stormraven is like a flying LR
Take out one tac squad and swap it for a TFC .
Swap out devestators to better equip the cent delivery system or maybe get a hunter
Hope I found this somewhat useful

I have been toying about with the idea of 3 10men sternie squad w/combi weapons with Pedro, chappie and a librarian with null zone and done shield all in drop pod |

I tried out the list and it worked pretty well against dark angels and nids, all though I did notice that one of my tac squads was just camping objectives and pretty much ignored from the opposition.

Well, I'd drop Sicarius for a Librarian. If used right this guy should bring a lot of synergy.
