I was playing around with ranger centric lists (but avoiding Illic) and came up with this non-mech Eldar gunline.

The star is the reaper squad on the quad gun with the spiritseer attached. Theyre concealed and the exarch can put out 2 str 9 interceptor shots which should be a solid way to drop flyers out of the sky, or with their other missiles dispatch MEQ/Bikes. The warlock goes with the Shadowweavers to give conceal as well, making the unit quite hardy. The farseer stands around and guides/presciences. The hawks/spiders/walkers all have a fairly obvious unit type in mind to go after and the three units give me the tools to take out anything. Lastly the wraiths are there as a counter charge and bubble wrap unit, t6 3+ 4++ models that strike at s7 should slow down most assault units that get close, hopefully.
