You can probably keep your list as is unitwise, but I would swap around your HQ configurations.

The archon should drop the blast pistol. You will shoot it once, maybe twice a game tops. It is an AT gun on an AI squad, and you don't want to be using said squad against tanks. If you want emergency AT, take haywire grenades. Otherwise, boost your assault power with a venom blade. A cheap but very effective weapon.

Your hamey should also have a venom blade or scissorhand over the agonizer. Both weapons beat out the aggy unless your against power armor, but even then neither weapon sucks. The stinger pistol is not bad, but it is better to take a liquifier gun for shooting, using your splinter pistol in desperate out of range shots...

Swapping those gives you points to put night shields on your incubi venom.

I was reading the rulebook last night and it says pistols can be used in cc. So I thought a s8 ap2 pistol was a good idea...

First run out with it tonight against dark angels.

Everything worked well except the haemo was useless.

Casket rolled strength 2 ap 6 and 9 shots and inn cc he failed to even hit.

Might get rid of him and the incubi and stick another raider and some grots in the army.

You used a variable one shot weapon, which will sometimes not roll great. The casket is not great, not terrible. Good if you have spare points/want to mess around, but that is about it. A liquifier is a better buy. Hamey's are not CC beasts, and in 1 round of combat you might roll bad. One single anecdotal event does not make a unit bad.

However, running grots would be nice, but they need a babysitter(like a hamey) it is really up to you.

His stat line is still poor really. Might just try and squeeze Urien in.
