Next month marks year 4 of my Sisters of Battle project. The disappearance of boxed sets and change in codex have been some considerable bumps in the road but after finishing finishing the PC I've been working on it'd be great to finally field these ladies if the Emperor allows for such financial well-being.

Repentia Squad (180)
- 5 more Repentia
-Melta bombs

Troops:

Exorcist (135)

Exorcist (135)

Total: 1500

Since the Witch Hunters Codex I've always wanted an army making use of what variety was available. Having the three different types of battle sister squads is an idea I would really love to see in action. While larger flamer squads of Dominions would be fun, they seem more fit for anti-armor given the new codex. Combined with the two exorcist tanks and versatile Repentia they form the anti-tank part of my army. Now that Repentia can actually go inside a transport I'm hoping to get them in the Rhino I got for my Retributors while the Retributors stay in a building or cover an objective with their heavy bolters. Elite infantry and vehicles will have a hard time with them *if* they make it to the objective, and given the coolness of the models and special rules they now get, I'm very excited to try the Sisters Repentia of the WD codex. While slightly expensive, I wanted to include a Simulacrum Imperialis in both the Dominion and Retributor Squads given the less frequent nature of Faith points in this edition so it will be more probable that their useful Acts of Faith will work. Of course Saint Celestine with her Seraphim retinue and my Battle Sister squads will be out to mow down infantry with bolt and flame but will both have access to minimal anti-tank weaponry just in case. Any thoughts or suggestions? Constructive feedback's always appreciated, especially when collecting an expensive army of pewter. Thanks, battle brothers and sisters!

- Inferno Pistols I think just the hand flamers would be wise, you don't want to split your efficiency too much. Make them antiinfantry with double hand flamers. The flamers are only str3 so you'll need as many as you can get

Retributor Squad (152)

Exorcist (135)

Exorcist (135) maybe a stormbolter if you can fit it for weapon destroyed results

There are only so many things you can do with the codex as all of the units are pretty much the same at this time. I kind of wish they had fleshed out the witchhunter protion of the codex. Instead we get a sniff of the Inquisition with grey knights if you take special character Coteaz, and they pretty much ignored it altogether in SoB

Does the Retributor squad have any heavy weapons? With just bolters it would be better just to make them a Battle Sister squad IOT give you another scoring unit.

If you want to keep the squad I would recommend giving them Heavy Bolters. With Rending due to the Faith, they are infantry shredders.

Lol, can't believe I forgot to write those in. I had 4 heavy bolters on that squad but forgot to note them. I love the potential of rending heavy bolters!

Thank you for your feedback, buckero0! I see what you're saying about the handflamers and totally overlooked that they are S3. I will also consider the stormbolter upgrade for the exorcist for sure! Never thought of that. And I absolutely agree with the witchhunter comment. As much as I love my Sisters I would REALLY appreciate the option to still take a cool Eversor or Vindicaire Assassin, or maybe an Ordo Hereticus Inquisitor or Karamazov. At least the Emperor has sent a ray of hope through this absolutely random name change to Adepta Sororitas in the shop list.
