Hey all, I have been wanting to start my exodite army for a long time and I have been narrowing down a list to run them and now that I am super close to my final list I need some help from the modeling community to figure out how to make these guys the most rocking Exodites around. So for those of you who don't really know what they are they are an eldar craftworld that has VERY limited access to wraithbone and live on a planet with dinosaurs so they basically Incorporated them into their society. I grew up with shows like Dino riders and such as a kid so this army has ALWAYS been on my to do list and I think the miniatures and rules are finally in a good place to pull this off with style! So first of all here is the basics of the list:

2 Farseers on jetbikes with spears
9 warlocks with spears and jetbikes

6X3 guardian jetbikes with shuriken cannon(so 12 jetbikes and 6 jetbikes with cannons)

2 wraith knights

Dark eldar allies:
Baron

10 warriors, Blaster, Splinter cannon, Sybarite

So the basic concept is instead of jetbikes I have dark elf cold ones. Now I want this army to look grittier then the nice smooth eldar that everyone is used to so I am using allot of dark eldar and dark elf bits. So here is the rundown of bits I have been thinking up so far:

1 Farseer would use the dread lord on a cold one as most of his bits and then use the Dark eldar archon head and a spear from... well one of many I have found such as the dark eldar scurgaes spear, Wood elves glade guard or wild rider spears, ect
1 Farseer would be an dark eldar Incubi helmet on a dark elf cold one with the same sort of spear swaps. I want to do something special with his mount but I am not sure what yet was maybe thinking of using the High Elf Prince and Noble box to get the legs and torso from there to distinguish him more from the rest.

The warlocks would all be bits swaps of the spears I listed above and the heads I am using a combination of the closed round helms from reaver jetbikes, dark eldar witches, and the scourge helms, oh and the torsos will be a mix of the dark elf ones and high elf dragon prince torsoes

For the eldar jetbikes they will be mounted on the cold ones and this is where I draw a blank.. I want them to look armored but I don't want them to look too much like my warlocks and I also come into the problem of what to do with their arms.. I dont really want them holding a shuriken weapon cuz the jetbikes have twin linked ones and Then also how do I mount those to look good and especially how do I mount the shuriken cannon. So I could use allot of input on this part guys. He stands about 10.5 inches and like 11.5/12 with wings so he is going to be a bit taller then the wraithknight. So while that will be one of them I dont know what to do about the second one. I need a cool looking dragon or T-rex or something that stands 8-10 inches tall.

So what do you guys think. Please feel free to let me know if you like the ideas or add your own advice on bits swaps I should and even other smaller companies bits that I wouldn't think of and whatnot. Once I get a bit more of this hashed out I will start a blog to show my progress and so you guys can see the awesomeness that is space elves riding dinosaurs shooting lasers!
