So, relatively new to the game and have the opportunity to participate in a Steamroller tournament in a couple of weeks.

I've decided I'm going take a chance and run Morty (haven't used her yet, just got her assembled) so purchased a bunch of models, but her lists are much different than I have been playing, so just looking for some advice on how to complete this one. The tournament will use only single lists as well.

Currently I have:

Morty
Deryliss
Harrower
Deathjack
Helldriver
Scavenger
Stalker
2x War Witch Siren

This leaves me with 4 points left over and I'm unsure if I should invest them into another Stalker, Scavenger or if I should get something else such as a Deathripper.

Also any tips to keep in mind playing such a list would be great.

Well I'm not a expert (although she is totally my favorite Cryx caster) but a couple necrotechs to keep your jacks in fighting condition might be a good idea, since she doesn't have a "heal jacks" spell.

although if you could free up one more point somewhere you could take Withershadow Combine, which looks like an insane amount of awesome rolled up in a neat little package.

Well Mortenebra is one of my favourite casters as well but I'm going to disagree with dementedwombat slightly. One, I believe that you are using her theme force and thus the Withershadow Combine aren't allowed in the list. Two, you would loose the points discount making the Helljacks cheaper. Not a great plan.

Now Mortenebra has a couple of major issues. She can't deal with infantry and multiple heavy targets (or one major one like a colossal/gargantuan). The infantry problem is dealt with via the harrower and the armour by the Deathjack (though he can't really take down a colossal in one turn).

So you can't add in another thing to take down armour so add something to get the assassination. A stalker is slightly more reliable than a scavenger but a scavenger can get to more area using its wings. Your choice.
