Hello,
So I am new to the wargaming scene. Been playing MTG since 95, and I have a couple of friends who played 40k about 15 years ago. Anyway, it has always looked cool and I have always been able to browse the 40k selection for hours at my lgs. Painting however, seemed a daunting task and threatened to take too much time, so it was only recently that I have decided to try my hand. I have acquired an AoBR set and a dark vengeance set, along with a couple more kits. I have completed painting the tac squad for the ultramarines so far and a couple of other models. I will be posting pics in the painting sections for advice soon. I am not that good.
So, I just wanted to say hello, and hopefully I will like playing 40k. Thanks for any advice I will receive and see you on the boards.

Hi,

Welcome to Dakka

IceAngel wrote:I must say Knightley, I am very envious of your squiggle ability. I mean, if squiggles were a tactical squad, you'd be the sergeant. If squiggles were an HQ, you'd be the special character. If squiggles were a way of life, you'd be Doctor Phil...
