I gather you're going to do the base soon so I'll skip over that part, but as for the rest it's excellent! I love the vivid green of the cape and the gem sets it off very well. Great work - keep it up!

I'm not sure what theme and Eldar base should have. I think a darker base would do best to accentuate the lightness of the mini itself. If the base can still be detached, then how about some dark slate or rocks? (Cork Board is great for this)

Looks great dude. As for the base, I think going with a dark slate or rock effect would really make the mini stand out. If you look at the bases on my iron warriors, something like that would look amazing. Plus it's quick and simple to do.
