This army is being used for ITS missions. I'm thinking that this army cannot bring the hurt I want it to.

With ITS it's not all about doing damage. Having a healthy amount of mobile specialists and infiltrators is desired in the list. I'm not a Haqq expert but I do not see the point of two hackers, when there is no EVO present. Forward Observer counts as specialist and is in many aspects a cheaper option. Hacking is very unrewarding, often requiring a lot of orders just to immobilize. It doesn't hurt to have one, but two are often overkill, especially without EVO and in mostly LI/MI composition. The list doesn't seem to have a lot of mobility. Overall I feel the force passes a lot good options in general Haqqislam (Kum, Saladin, Hafza). I think it's workable, if you tinker a bit with specialists (forward observer, hacker, engineer, chain of command, doctor is good to have for "experimental drug" secret mission) and somehow include AD. I'd personally also experiment with Azra'il with Feurbach versus Sekban with HRL, Sekban is definitely more imposing. I'm sure more experienced players will have more detailed insight.
