Hello everyone. I thought I'd put up my current Dark Eldar list. I have had some success with it so far.

Ravager

Razorwing Fighter
2 DL, Flickerfield, Nightshield

Archons go with the wyches. Bikes start in reserve.

I've played 8 games with this list and I am currently 5 wins 3 losses.
I've won against:
Mech Guard (Crushing Victory)
Grey Knights (Crushing Victory)
Blood Angels twice (1 Crushing Victory and 1 Very Narrow Victory)
Tau (Close game)

I've lost against:
Pure Drop Pod Salamanders (Crushing Defeat)
Space Marines - I forget which chapter, I know there were Black Templars in there but not as the main force (Convincing defeat)
Tau (Crushing defeat - tabled by turn 3)

If anyone has any thoughts on how to improve the list I'd be glad to hear it.
I'm at a bit of a loss as to how to combat the drop pod list as I can't seem to avoid the alpha strike, same sort of thing against the tau, we played two games same list, mission and pretty much same deployment, but the first game tau went first and destroyed me, second game I went first and pulled out the win after he conceded on turn 5.

The Twilight Zone

You may want to find points to stack nightshields with flickerfields on everything. It helps a bit against drop pods, but there is not a whole lot you can do but castle to prevent them from getting in everywhere. Night shields also help against tau range.

Not sure the wytch raiders are ideal, as 5 wytches can get the job done with haywires, and the archons are kitted out for a bit of everything but the wytches are strict haywires. Consider replacing the archons with hamey's if you really want the wytches. The liquifier guns help counter marines out of pods and the pain tokens give the girls a chance once out of the raider.

Your archon loadouts are not bad, but they are all rounders for a specialized assault squad. Probably only want a single archon.

More jetbikes from reserve may help even the odds with a lot more bladevane attacks.

Go either all lances or all dissies on a ravager, never mix and match.

I would drop and archon, and merge the reavers into a single squad.

3 of them to me wont do to much, where as 6 when blade vaning over a unit on the way to pop a tank does a lot of damage.

Also 1 heatlance in a init of 3, whereas you can use 2. Gives you a better chance of popping that tank when you need it.

Wyches i would put in the venoms in squads of 5 with the haywires and go armour hunting. Use the Raiders with possibly splinter racks and the warriors ( no blaster)

Also you should think about building your list with the idea of going second. and place your units strategically, you can lose the game in deployment with DE.

i would use your skimmers fo cover and start the game disembarked and then jump into what is next. if you start on board and have no cover - its the unit as well as the transport which goes pop.

Make sure you always roll for night fight!

Also while blasterborn are good they are fairly suicidal and have to get up quite close. Something the wyches could do with their haywires. Might be worth investing the points elsewhere?

Thanks for the feedback.

The idea with the large wych squads in the raiders was to multi assault the guard parking lot and maybe get a two for one on tank poping.

In previous lists I always used 5 man wych squads in venoms and warrior squads in raiders with splinter racks, but I wanted to switch things up.

I think I took the archon for his ability to take a blaster and haywire grenades and they've both done well for me so far.

I like the idea about merging the two bike units though, so far they've been a one hit wonder, I bladevane and then they get shot with ignores cover ap5 weapons and die. But I still like them.
