I doubt you'll win, but it looks like AWESOME fun :-)

It will certainly kill everything in close combat, but two troop choices at 2k points is too little. My advice regarding the terminators: Give them more combi-meltas and cut some of the close combat upgrades.
The problem is that if you deepstrike and use your one combi-melta on something, you can't run afterwards. If your opponent has any kind of AP2 template, he will anihilate the squad completely.
Your two terminator squads are too expensive, because they still die like regular terminators, and most of the time, all that killing power in close combat goes to waste.
If you cut all their upgrades, you could get an entirely new terminator squad, which would have a further chance of getting in combat.

I know that 2 troops for 2k points is too little, but the zerkers are quite expensive and I have bad experience with regular marines (They tend to run away). May try some cultists.
