Any tips on highlighting this model, trying to make glowing affect. Hope this is better

Don't use your camera's flash; it blows out the detail. Just use multiple desk lamps to light your photos and shoot against a white background. I can't comment beyond that because the aforementioned flash make it impossible to make out anything about the model.
