with the 180points of scarabs you could get 2 annihilation barges instead ..... 100 necron warriors with 4+ RP could be pretty nasty ... semi-competitive (i'm thinking more really annoying for casual play is about all)?

All I know is a warrior heavy list is subseptible to mobile units or FMC spam watching half your army get swept isn't pretty, the mss should help but its an all or nothing list.

Yea anything with tuffness 8 you are hurting and you need them MSS to go off everytime .

Honestly I would drop one of the units and get a dedicated assault unit you need it. You could substitute for a monolith just an idea its nice to have a warp point.

I would advise making the overlord a phaeron with a full squad of warriors. The lords, yeah, yeah, and then, you should get something to deal with armour. -1 of the phalanxes and replace it with doomsday arks (while they are fragile, you have nothing to deal with heavy armour and with that many warriors you should be able to protect them.) Or ghost arks.
