Guys I just signed up there and made a post on their forums. When it didn't show up I made another post and noticed it has to go thru someone before it gets posted on the forums. How long until I see my post, and why or what happened to cause this? I mean why so controlling? I wanted to ask questions about the robotech ks. PB isn't answering any queries posted on the comments section of thier ks page. For now I can understand since it's devolved into a really funny circus since this morning.

It's because Kevin Sembieda is an uptight controlling douche, no real mystery here.
Outside of that, asking about other forums moderation policies on Dakka probably isn't going to help much of anything.

It's probably a Spam control filter. We do the same thing on Bartertown. I can't speak for Kevin but, in our case, it's to make things better for our members (they don't have to see the spam) and staff (they don't have to delete excessive spam) and not because we're uptight controlling douches.
Well, not MUCH, anyway. ; ) LOL

Well it seems like its affecting the ks. Every update its the same BS. Great game, everyone loves it, and my personal favorite it's done and going to print or whatever.

The best way to find out about other forums' policies is to ask on those particular forums.
Contacting their admins if possible.
Other than that...
Threads like this usually don't go nice places.
