You'll do ok, but you're missing all three of the biggest tricks in the book: the Grimoire, the Portalglyph, and Fateweaver. At 1000pts, the Portal is a good way to gain a numerical advantage over your opponent. Consider losing a Grinder, and instead taking a Tzerald and more Horrors for a bigger Horror unit. Also Karanak will make those Hounds fantastic. Furthermore, I'm not sure why you would choose a LoC over Fateweaver. LoC is 305. He'll be TL (Div Primaris), Str8 (Staff of Change Lesser Reward), and be able to use one more Div buff as well as a nice shooting attack from Change. LoCs are pretty nasty in CC, and can mop up a unit a turn (Marines will take two rounds). Fatey is 300. He's PML4, and will be able to shoot AP1/2 with both shots. He's terrible in Combat, but he has that re-roll. Furthermore, his Warlord trait means you won't be hurt by your own Warp Storm! The "Two Heads of Fate" rule is a little wonky, but it can result in some pretty great combinations.
