Okay for starters ..WarBoss only lets one group of Nobz be troops ..
Number two ..a KFF Big Mek is not all that usefull in a trukk list as trukks are easy to hide in terrain ..
a buzz saw on a deffkopta is not the same as a PK on a biker nob or even a regular nob ..(its actually an Initiative 1 big choppa for 5x the cost)

I would add a Quad to that defence line and some grots to man the gun ..other wise your just paying for somethin you can get for free in terrain ..

KFF Mek gives saves to dudes in the trukk when it goes boom... seems pretty useful to me!

A trukk list should probably have so many trukks you can't conceal them all properly. 5+ is useful here as well.

The above list is... kinda really poor to be honest. No time for suggestions at the moment, but personally it looks like those "drop everything and do it *this* way" things

Thank you all very much for your advice, I have just finished building my own Battlewagon with Supa Kannon, along with 2 Big Zappa’s. Therefore thought I would work them into the list as well as try and work in the advice you have given, also now making this a 3000pt list.

The Big Mek with KFF will now join the 1 mek boy and 4 lootas and take up the 6 available seats in the battlewagon, sit back and fire with a 4+ cover save for the wagon.

Removing the Buzzsaws (magnetized) I can afford both of the Big Orky Zappa Guns that will be behind the Defence Line with the other 10 Lootas again with the 4+ cover save, whilst the Trucks deal with the business of smashing things, the Koptas and Bikes run the flanks/ Bike exaust wall.

I'd be wary of the Supa Kannon Wagon - theres no actual rules on how to field one in a list. Which sucks because they'd be amazing, rivalling a Leman Russ battalion in tanky firepower

Recommend you cut back big time on the Nobs, and instead give the trukk boyz Nobs a much needed power klaw. 'Ard boyz are also not worth it unless, like the Big Zappas, your fielding 'just because I built them' which is as good a reason as any.

Put a kombi-skorcha on the biker boss. Chuck another skorcha or two on the trukk nobs. 5pt S5 AP4 flamers at a crucial moment are invaluable. Drop all TL shootas from the list, they're useless!

Are you running double force org? You might want to consider that at 3k points.

IA 8, gives me the stats etc, and says the Battlewagon may also be equipped with 'sups kannon' so was going from that.

The ard boys are again my own, however I do reckon they are worth the points to gain the 4+.

Like the Kombi-Scorcha idea for boss man, and will try and work that into the trukk nobs as well. Will swap out the TL shootas.

I can easily swap the 3 BC Trukk nobs with 3 PK nobs, however, wouldn't this just slow the nobs attack down in the Truck boy mob, dont really want my nob getting challenged and not being able to compete cos he has a PK.

If there is ever a time where they are worth it, its in a trukk. But remember, your paying a 66% premium for a much worse than 50% bonus in survivability. Just spending those points on boyz would make you 66% tougher *and* 66% more killy.

The Nob can and will get challenged regardless of what he takes, as its pretty much always better to make him spend all of his blows on one chumpass sgt (even just basic slugga/choppa attacks) than potentially killing two or more. What I've found is that in boyz mobs, *especially* little ones like those in trukks, a PK is a huge portion of the units hitting power! You'll want to be assaulting with multiple units anyway, so there should always be at least one dude free to swing.

The IA 8 army list doesn't actually say you can take a battlewagon. It does have a listing for it, but its in that random collection of listings after the army list (alongside Grot Bomms which you should also be taking!). It doesn't list it as a "Heavy Support" choice or whatever, so essentially, you have to homerule it in to the game in its logical spot. Stupid, but it'd be cheating to do otherwise.

Also man, duel force org - you really could benefit from that right now. Double down on your elites for more dakka, your troops for 12 trukks (thats what I'm aiming for atm), your heavy for a fleet of Supa BW, and so on

Edit; Also, not sure if Big Zappas have an entry or can be taken as "Big Guns", and if this is the IA 8 list, you need to take Spanna Boyz rather than standard ones - a big downgrade in most cases.
