I've been playing around with the idea of creating a MSU DKoK list. The idea is to overwhelm my opponent with units I can afford to lose. To boost the list to 1850 I'd probably drop a quad launcher and add a hellhound and thunderbolt to fit the army's fast attack theme.

170 CCS: 2x plasma gun, centaur

50 hydra
165 artillery battery: 3x heavy quad launcher
120 5x grenadier squad: 2x meltagun, centaur

115 5x Engineer Squad: meltagun, mole launcher, centaur
115 5x Engineer Squad: meltagun, mole launcher, centaur
120 5x Engineer Squad: plasma gun, mole launcher, centaur
120 5x Engineer Squad: plasma gun, mole launcher, centaur
105 5x Engineer Squad: flamer, heavy flamer, centaur
105 5x Engineer Squad: flamer, heavy flamer, centaur

165 LRBT: battle cannon, lascannon
150 thunderer tank: heavy stubber

1500 pts

I don't have much experience running fragile MSU units so I'm not too sure how this list would do in a competitive setting. I'm also debating whether the mole launchers are worth using or if I should stick to heavy flamers.

Feedback is appreciated

For me I would drop the mole launcher in the meltagun units and replace with heavy flamers due to them getting up close and personal.
I'm a DkoK assault brigade player so don't have any centaurs and much experience running them..do you play on heavy scenery boards where you can hide them? Or open trench board systems? I ask because I love running excessive amounts of flamers in my units due to overwatch (in my meta there is the usual marines but also large amounts of horde cultists, Orks and nids).
I'm starting to run siege lists with demo-charges as well to see how the surprise! BOOM! effects the game.
In terms of heavy slots perhaps a higher spam of LR? Two tanks are a target, three are a nightmare for some armies.
