Hey Dakka,
I'm trying to put together a 2000pt competitve Grey Knights list to play in a local tournament. I've got two list options that are very similar and welcome any critques. Thank you!
EDIT: UPDATED LIST IN BELOW POST
OPTION 1:
--HQ--
Coteaz (rolling on Divination)
Librarian
Shrouding
Sanctuary
--Troops--
Strike x10
Psycannon x2
Psybolt Ammo
Rhino /w Psybolt + Searchlight
Strike x10
Psycannon x2
Psybolt Ammo
Rhino /w Psybolt + Searchlight
Strike x10
Psycannon x2
Psybolt Ammo
Rhino /w Psybolt + Searchlight
Henchman Warband (Coteaz rides with these guys)
Warrior Acolyte x11
Bolter x8
Plasmagun x3
Inquisitorial Chimera + Searchlight
Henchman Warband
Psyker x8
Warrior Acolyte x2
Rhino /w Psybolt + Searchlight
--Fast--
Stormraven Gunship
TL MM
--Heavy--
Dreadnought
TL AC x2
Psybolt Ammo
Dreadnought
TL AC x2
Psybolt Ammo
Dreadnought
TL AC x2
Psybolt Ammo
2000pts
Basically the idea is to put out a lot of firepower. Use Coteaz and the librarian as force multipliers either by hindering the enemy with sanctuary and shrouding or buffing units with prescience and other divination buffs. Dreads and Stormraven will deal with anti-air and lighter armor. Psyker crew can focus on hitting the heavier armor and/or infantry blobs at STR10 AP2. Everyone else either drives up or footslogs it forward pumping out as many rerolling shots as possible.
OPTION 2:
--HQ--
Coteaz
--Elite--
Vindicare Assassin
--Troops--
Strike x10
Psycannon x2
Psybolt Ammo
Hammer
Rhino /w Psybolt + Searchlight
Strike x10
Psycannon x2
Psybolt Ammo
Hammer
Rhino /w Psybolt + Searchlight
Strike x10
Psycannon x2
Psybolt Ammo
Hammer
Rhino /w Psybolt + Searchlight
Henchman Warband (Coteaz here)
Warrior Acolyte x11
Bolter x8
Plasmagun x3
Inquisitorial Chimera + Searchlight
Henchman Warband
Psyker x8
Warrior Acolyte x2
Rhino /w Psybolt + Searchlight
--Fast--
Stormraven Gunship
TL MM
--Heavy--
Dreadnought
TL AC x2
Psybolt Ammo
Dreadnought
TL AC x2
Psybolt Ammo
Fortification
ADL with Quadgun
1980pts, 20 to spare
Here I basically dropped one dread and the librarian for a vindicare and an aegis defense line with a quadgun. Also added hammers to the strike squads.
I'm trying to get this competitve as possible while remaining pure grey knights. I am open to any suggestions and thanks once again Dakka!

With coteaz you should never have less then 6 troops. Always fill those slots with 3 plas/melta gunners. Or you can just take 3 Alcyotes and stick them in a razorback with psy-asscannon. One fun thing you can do with the vindicare is stick him on an icarus lascannon and snipe T4 HQ's turn 1. Also with his BS8 he will hit and destroy every flyer easily. In your first list, I think you will find the librarian to be a little useless. I would replace him with a basic inquisitor with level 1 psyker for Prescience. Servitors can be very good for camping an objective with an inquisitor. Maybe try inquiz, 3 bolter/plasma servitors, plasma henchmen and maybe a Jokearo if you feel like dicking around. Stick them on an objective and you get a lot of bang for your buck

List #1:
I like the solid firebase. 30 Marines ready to babysit your objective or move forward to center-field is impressive.
I'd consider a Razorback, though, instead of one Rhino. If everyone starts in their Rhinos, then your Libby is all by himself. And if you start a squad on the table, with Libby attached, then you've got an empty Rhino, which is pretty useless. At least the Razor will give some good shooting (for not too many more points). And you can always combat squad and put half in the Razor if you really want to.
And in fact, I'd make that two Razors, and put one of the GKSS into the Raven. Or at least put half a squad into the Raven....Or at least three Warrior meltaguns....
List #2:
Fill out the Psyker squad with two more Warriors; they'll have to kill a few more models for a morale test, and when the Chimera explodes, you'll have more ablative wounds to toss off instead of hurting your blast. (Also, switch to a Chimera)
That being said, Psykers are a throw-away unit. A single Perils kills the whole lot, and at Ld 8 they're going to fail the casting a fair amount of the time anyhow. But for a throw-away unit, you've got ~130pts pumped into it. Maybe take away two Psykers and replace with Warriors? You'd still be at 8/1, which is just as good as 10/1 against everything except Vehicles and Wraithlords.

Hey guys, thanks for all the feedback, I've combined everyone's suggestions into a new list! Let me know what you think!
Malleus Gunline (2000)
HQ
Coteaz
Ordo Malleus Iniqusitor
Psyker 1
Power armor
Troops
Strike x10
Psycannon x2
Psybolt Ammo
Razorback /w Psybolt + Searchlight
Strike x10
Psycannon x2
Psybolt Ammo
Razorback /w Psybolt + Searchlight
Strike x10
Psycannon x2
Psybolt Ammo
Razorback /w Psybolt + Searchlight
Henchman Warband
Warrior Acolyte x11
Bolter x8
Plasmagun x3
Inquisitorial Chimera + Searchlight
Henchman Warband
Psyker x6
Warrior Acolyte x6
Inquisitorial Chimera + Searchlight
Henchman Warband
Servitor x3
Plasmacannon x3
Warrior Acolyte x4
Fast
Stormraven Gunship
TL MM
Heavy
Dreadnought
TL AutoC x2
Psybolt Ammo
Dreadnought
TL AutoC x2
Psybolt Ammo
Dreadnought
TL AC x2
Psybolt Ammo
My thoughts are that the cheap psyker will sit with the servitors to give them prescience somewhere in the back with cover and lob plasma cannon shots. Dreadnoughts also sit at long range and support. Coteaz + Strikes + Razorbacks + Psykers + other henchmen all advance up to midfield and grab objectives. Stormraven deals with psykers/vehicles with dreadnought support as needed.
Some thoughts...
Should I drop the psyker unit for an ADL and quadgun/Icarus that the Ordo Malleus could fire and maybe an extra cheap squad of warrior acolytes?
Should I grab lascannons on the storm raven for more vehicle threats (it is free...)?
Anyone else have any suggestions or input to make this list as competitive as possible?

I was about to complain about what you'd do against Flyers, but then I saw the three Dreads.
Psyflemen are surprisingly good at anti-air. Being TL, any of the four shots has ~30% to hit, and even a single hit against most Flyers is pretty scary, at Str8.
I would, though, recommend one Rhino and two Razors, instead of three Razors. The Rhino will let a whole GKSS get further up field, which is more desirable than three half-squads. Plus, the Fireport will let both your Psycans shoot!
One thing about the Stormraven: it might not be worth it. Lately my Flyers have been Intercepted out of the sky before they get to do anything, which means it's a wasted 200pts. I might take a Vindi, and then rework the points for an Icarus ADL. The ADL also has the added benefit of giving your Dreads a wonderful cover save, making the survivable GK Psyflemen even more resilient.
This list is making me jealous. This is how I originally started playing GK, but the great number of Tau and Guard players in my area means that my gunline gets out-shot, so I've gone with more assaulting. But I love all the shooting!

I like your revised list. Though having SR without HB / psybolt seems a shame.

I actually don't own a storm raven model so if it doesn't add a strong benefit I would prefer not to buy it heh. I haven't really played with it, it just seemed like a good choice because of the anti-psyker Mindstrike missles and the ability for it to fire a MM/LC at other air targets without the penalty to ballistic skill. The Hurricane Bolters and Psybolt ammo did seem pretty awesome, but I couldn't really find the points for it.
Should I drop all the razorbacks for rhinos then? To move the strike's faster, since Ordo Malleus will be chilling in the backfield anyway, I suppose he wouldn't really need a ride and it would be nice to get all my strikes up to midfield quicker.
Do you guys think the Stormraven is worth it, or should I drop it in favor of an ADL with an Icarus or a Quadgun and more bodies in the henchmen squads? It would be nice to have Ordo Malleus and his servitors, the dreads, and possibly a vindicare sitting behind a wall with a 4+ cover save (or 3+ for the vindicare...). Or double-down on it, chop something and grab the hurricane bolters and psybolt ammuniation?

As to the Razor vs Rhino question, I think it would be good to have one Rhino in your list, and the two Razors for fire support. The Razors can trundle at Combat Speed to get full BS on the HB, while the Razor can Cruise, and the Pyscans can snap shoot out the top (8 Str7 Rending, even snapping, is still a powerful punch).
