What do people think are the weaknesses in this list? There's a lot of gunline in my area, as well as some Flying Circus and Guard Mech. I feel like this list will struggle against hordes (ie. tonne of Boyz), but will do pretty well against Tanks and Flyers. Although, all the TL bolters will make short work of a horde army's 5+ armour.

Primary Tactics is White Scars, Allied is Imperial Fists

HQ:
Primary:
The Khan on Moondrakken (150)
Allied:
Libby, PML2, Combi-melta, Auspex (105)

Troops:
Primary:
6xBikes, 1Attacycle, Vet Sarge w/Claw (196)
8xBikes, 1Attacycle w/Multi-melta, Vet Sarge w/Combi-melta+Power Axe (258)
8xBikes, 1Attacycle w/Multi-melta, Vet Sarge w/Combi-melta+Power Axe (258)
Allied:
9xTac Marines, Melta gun, Drop Pod (161)

Fast:
Primary:
2xAttacycles w/Multi-meltas (110)
2xAttacycles w/Multi-meltas (110)
Stormtalon, Skyhammer (125)

Heavy:
Primary:
Stalker, Extra Armour (85)
Stalker, Extra Armour (85)
Stormraven, Assault Cannon, Multi-melta (200)
Allied:
8xDevestators, 3las, 1plas, Vet Sarge (155)

Total: 1998

Tactics:
Drop Pod with Libby comes in T1Stormtalon escorts Stormraven. Bikes Scout (from Khan) and then push forward to support Pod. Khan will be in one of the larger squads. All the meltas and the Dev Squad will make short work of enemy armour. (Hooray for Relentless on Bikes!)
Between the Stalkers and the Flyers, I think I have enemy Flyers covered pretty well.
I've been considering Outflanking the Attacycles, but I'm not sure how well this would work. I could trade out a few bodies for an ADL Comms to make my reserves more reliable....?

Not a fan of the plasma cannon in the devs either your wasting it popping high av stuff with the las or wasting the las shooting at infantry. Either all the same or 2 of each in a 10 man squad would be how I run it. Also grav pistol on the libby not combi melta imo

Grav-guns on the bikes....I like the idea in theory, but I'm not sure in practice... It will certainly reduce my ability to kill armour. But I'll have two Attacycle squads, which have a longer range than the normal melta anyhow. I'll try it out.

As to the mixed Dev Squad, a single Plascan makes the unit much more multi-purposed. Admittedly, 4 lascans are better at penning vehicles, but are also worse at killing Termies. And Lascannons definitely aren't wasted shooting at anything with a 2+ save. The Sarge's Signum makes the Plascan very accurate when needed, able to hit, for example, six Termies in DS formation. Combined with the 3 lascans, that's 4-5 dead Termies, instead of the 2-3 you'd get from 4 lascans.

I don't know why you'd pick a grav pistol over a combi-melta, except for the extra attack in CC. A meltagun (or combi-melta, since the Libby can't take a regular melta) will ID a T4 HQ, or will give a much greater chance to destroy a vehicle the turn the squad drops in. 2 meltas instead of one virtually guarantees a hit, whereas 1 melta is only a 66% hit chance.
The way my Libby's kitted out, he's definitely not going to be winning any assaults...unless he rolls Iron Arm/Warp Speed, in which case he'll be fine without the single extra attack.
