My biggest concern is whether my farseer will need the spear or not. I doubt he will ever be in range to use it but its nice to have in the right situation. If I drop the spear I can get a underslung cannon for the last serpent. Would it be wise to drop the spear for the cannon? My current goal in mind is keep the farseer in the windrider squad to assist keeping them alive for late objective grabbing and buffing the wraithknight.

Any comments would be helpful.

Well, the Eldar part looks fine. I'd give the Farseer (besides guide/prescience for twin-linking the WK weapons) psychic shriek. In this way, the spear will not really be necessary (unless you fail to cast one of the other powers).

Cannon over spear in this instance. If you were going hunting with the bikes then spear would be good but tl str 6 will serve better
