The only thing that pops out to me tweak wise is

Why 4 condemer bolters? thats 40pts for 4 one shot guns?

Id use those pts in the sisters squad to give them a some special weapons and stick with flamers or meltas for the dominions

Yea I agree 4 may be overkill, but making a Hive tyrant perils most likely three times and taking almost 2 wounds is pretty nice. They also serve as a solid rock against demons lists such as the flying circus. They are in there for circumstantial reasons, but I thought they might be worth it to hard counter armies with any psykers. But thats just an opinion and I havent used them enough to know if 4 is overkill. I get what your saying though by kitting out the troops but they can't score or deny so I tried to keep them cheap as possible.
